Welcome to our gluten-free bakery — a women-founded business built on a personal story and a strong belief that healthy, delicious, and safe food should be accessible to everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions.

Our journey began when one of our family members was diagnosed with celiac disease. That moment started a long and challenging search for gluten-free food that would be both truly tasty and safe. We discovered that there was no specialized gluten-free bakery in our city. Through experiments, trial and error, and work filled with love, our bakery was born.

Here, every bread, pastry, or dessert is made from pure ingredients, carefully developed recipes, and endless dedication. We don’t just prepare food — we create trust, care, and community. Our bakery is a place where you can not only enjoy gluten-free baked goods, but also feel that you truly matter.

Our goal is also to bring a cultural shift in Armenia by applying safer standards in the preparation of gluten-free food in public dining. In our bakery, we maintain strict control to eliminate any traces of gluten and ensure 100% safe food.

Our small bakery is located in the center of Yerevan — our doors are open to everyone.
